Sensual-Sensations.biz has developed this site to provide individuals with the products designed to make sensuality more fun and spontaneous. We are discreet and value your privacy. Feel free to let us know what products you would like us to carry, and how we can serve you better. Please share any suggestions or comments that you might have. All feed-back is welcome as it helps us to grow with you.
Many items not on our site can be special ordered. Special Requests are most welcome. We can create customized package deals for bridal showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, honeymoons, lover's getaways, office parties and passion parties. Please contact us via email with any special requests.
We can meet or beat most competitor pricing. In many cases there are pricing requirements given to us resellers which causes us to HAVE to list items at a certain price. If you find something at a better price, please contact us via email to let us know which competitor and what product and we will do the research and make price adjustments on the site.
REGISTRATION for the store is optional and is simply a way for you to save your shopping cart so you can put things in and come back and view them later. It is NOT in any way for any kind of marketing...EVER!!! We have a clientelle newsletter that I'm lucky to send once -- maybe twice -- a month and you can sign up for it on our homepage. Sensual Sensations rarely sends out email, and any email sent is usually just to update your information with current links or site changes/moves that might affect your book-marks or shopping cart. The newsletter will also let you know what the current giveaway is about.
To log back in you just click the Register button again and type the username/password you created for yourself.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the goods. Any returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. Sensual Sensations only accepts returns if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process. Returns of items that touch private areas (i.e. lingerie, adult toys) are non-returnable because 1) it is the law; and 2) for the health & protection of employees and clients. I wouldn't buy from an adult store that accepted returns of these items for any reason at all -- so why should you? Keep in mind that we are always willing to work with you on discrepancies not related to manufacturer defects because at Sensual Sensations .. your pleasure is my business!

We use USPS Priority 99.9% of the time. Handling and other fees are included in the cost of shipping. Shipping is never refundable. SALES TAX = 0.0825% on all TEXAS orders. |

Shipping carriers are determined by Sensual-Sensations.biz based on zipcode and bulk/weight of item(s) being shipped. Items are usually shipped USPS priority and received within 2-9 days depending on distance from us (see chart below) and whether or not your item is a Special Order item. Many of our fetish items are SPECIAL ORDER and can take 2-4 weeks (this is rare).
ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO BACKORDER! ESPECIALLY DURING PEAK SEASONS (i.e. Christmas, Valentine, Mother/Father's Day, Halloween, etc.)
